1. About Us
HRAS MANAGEMENT LTD, of 26 Falmer Road, Darlington, Durham, DL1 4AZ, United Kingdom, provides gardening and garden maintenance services to residential customers in Darlington and surrounding areas.
2. Our Services
We provide ordinary residential gardening services including regular garden maintenance, lawn care, hedge and shrub trimming, planting, and one-off garden tidy visits. The exact scope of work for each customer is agreed in the quotation before work begins.
3. Quotations
Quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. A quotation is based on the information you provide (including photographs where supplied) and may be revised if the actual work required differs from the description given.
4. Bookings and Cancellations
Visit dates are agreed with you in advance. If you need to cancel or rearrange a visit, please give us as much notice as possible. We may need to reschedule visits due to severe weather; in that case we will agree a new date with you.
5. Access and Conditions
You agree to provide safe access to the garden and to let us know of any hazards (such as ponds, uneven ground or pets) before work begins. Green waste generated during our visits will be agreed with you as part of the quotation.
6. Payment
Payment terms are stated on your quotation or invoice. For regular maintenance customers, payment is due after each visit unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Liability
We take reasonable care while working in your garden. Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the price paid for the relevant visit, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
